ティモシー・メインズ Timothy Jay Maines II
トロンボーン / Trombone
テキサス大学で音楽学士号を取得後、ノースウェスタン大学を経て、イェール大学にて Master of Musical Arts 修了。シカゴ交響楽団、ニューワールド交響楽団など数多くのアンサンブルに出演。2020年、国際トロンボーン協会コンクール共同優勝。PMFには2019年・2024年と二度参加し、札幌に深いご縁を持つ。「Trombone Timo」としてSNSでも幅広く発信中。
After earning his Bachelor of Music at the University of Texas, he studied at Northwestern University and completed his Master of Musical Arts at Yale University. He has performed with numerous ensembles including the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and the New World Symphony, and was a co-winner of the 2020 International Trombone Association Competition. He took part in PMF in both 2019 and 2024, forming a deep connection with Sapporo. He also shares his music widely on social media as "Trombone Timo."
河合 修吾 Shugo Kawai
トロンボーン / Trombone
道南出身。大学のジャズ研究会在籍中から札幌で演奏活動を開始。ジャズトロンボーン奏者として札幌をはじめ道内外で活動し、多くの一流ミュージシャンと共演。2023年、自己のプロジェクト Slide Works のCD『Sliding Out』をリリース。トロンボーンのレッスンや小学校のバンド指導を通じて、次の世代へ音楽の楽しさを伝えている。

A native of southern Hokkaido, he began performing in Sapporo while a member of his university jazz club. As a jazz trombonist he performs in Sapporo and across Hokkaido and beyond, sharing the stage with many of the region's finest musicians. In 2023 he released Sliding Out, a CD by his own project, Slide Works. He also teaches trombone and coaches elementary school bands, passing on the joy of music to the next generation.

豊田 健 Ken Toyoda
ベース / Bass
札幌市出身。中学生でエレキベースを始め、大学入学後にジャズ研究会へ入りコントラバスを手にする。在学中から札幌・小樽で演奏活動を始め、札幌ジャズシーンの重鎮・伝法諭氏に師事。その後、北海道を代表するピアニスト福居良のグループに加入（〜2004年）。現在はディキシーランドやスウィングなどオールドスタイルのジャズを中心に、ジャンルを問わずさまざまなグループやセッションに参加している。
一言：藻岩山は週に1〜2回登っています。
Born in Sapporo. He took up the electric bass in junior high school and, after entering university, joined the jazz club and began playing the double bass. While still a student he started performing in Sapporo and Otaru, studying under Satoshi Denpo, a leading figure in the city's jazz scene. He later joined the group of Ryo Fukui, one of Hokkaido's most celebrated pianists (until 2004). Today he focuses mainly on old-style jazz such as Dixieland and swing, while also taking part in a wide range of groups and sessions across genres.
A word from the artist: I hike up Mt. Moiwa once or twice a week.

朝川 繁樹 Shigeki Asakawa
ピアノ / Piano
北海道・十勝出身、札幌在住。東京で大学を卒業後、ミュージシャンとなる。佐藤允彦、本田竹廣の両氏に師事し、ジャズを学ぶかたわら、杏里、マリーンら数多くのシンガーのバックアップバンドやスタジオワークを手がける。1986年に渡米し、ニューヨーク、サンフランシスコを拠点に、ジャズのほかさまざまな音楽・芸術の形に触れる。2008年帰国。福居良、バリー・ハリス両氏との出会いに影響を受け、ふたたびジャズに軸足を置いた活動を始める。
Born in Tokachi, Hokkaido, and based in Sapporo. After graduating from university in Tokyo he became a professional musician, studying under Masahiko Satoh and Takehiro Honda. Alongside his jazz studies he backed singers such as Anri and Marlene and worked extensively in the studio. In 1986 he moved to the United States, based in New York and San Francisco, where he explored music and art forms beyond jazz. He returned to Japan in 2008, and encounters with Ryo Fukui and Barry Harris drew him back to jazz as the center of his work.
Tomoka
ドラム / Drums
札幌市出身。幼少期よりジャズビッグバンドに所属し、二十代からコンボでの活動を開始。現在は札幌近郊を中心に、道内外で演奏を重ねる。2025年 SAPPORO CITY JAZZ「PARK JAZZ LIVE CONTEST」ファイナリスト。ジャズを軸に、ジャンルにとらわれないスタイルを目指している。
一言：生まれも育ちも札幌っ子です。
Born in Sapporo. A member of jazz big bands since childhood, she began playing in combos in her twenties. She is currently active mainly in and around Sapporo, as well as throughout Hokkaido and beyond. Selected as a finalist in the 2025 Sapporo City Jazz PARK JAZZ LIVE Contest. Rooted in jazz, she aims for a style that isn't bound by genre.
